With the app, you can organize retail chains into customer hierarchies and negotiate via listings and assortments, map complex contract structures via multi-level discounts and subsequent bonus settlements, and much more. Drastically reduce your workload, e.g., by never again having to calculate commissions for your sales staff manually.

Some of the information available to you includes:

  • Customer hierarchies
Structure your customers according to specific hierarchies, e.g., purchasing associations according to regions or countries. This allows you to easily set up conditions such as prices and discounts negotiated at the customer hierarchy level. These conditions are then valid for all customers on this hierarchy as well as the levels below.

  • Hierarchical pricing
Set the right price. Instead of selecting the lowest price, the selling price is determined using a hierarchical order that includes several levels. If a price is found in this order, it is also automatically used as the sales price. This way, the price you negotiated with your customer will always be used.

  • Multi-level line and invoice discounts
Set up multi-level discounts as line and invoice discounts - based on either the original or discounted value.

  • Rebates in kind
Along with the ordered goods, additional items, that are free of charge for the buyer, can be added to the sales order. These items are then also marked as a rebate in kind in the sales order.

  • Automatic calculation of surcharges and discounts
Automate the calculation and insertion of surcharges or discount lines in the sales document. This function can also be applied to freight surcharges, depending on the delivery condition.

  • Bonus statements
Give your customers a retroactive discount when they reach a set sales target within a specified time period. Bonus settlement can be calculated on sales or turnover, or even staggered.

  • Commission statements
Calculate your sales reps' commissions based on sales or revenue.
